- The Harbor has three restaurants located on property. One, "The Chart Room," is a classic seafood restaurant and features wonderful South Beach and Harbor views. The second, Crescent Seafood, is located on the north side of the harbor, and operates as a restaurant and fish market, offering a full range of seafood. The third restaurant, Schmidt's House of Jumbalaya, has a Louisiana Cajun theme, local art, and an outdoor patio with views of South Beach.

- Englund Marine Supply has a store at the harbor that can supply all your vessel, foul weather gear and fishing needs, both for commercial and recreational fishers. they also offer things like crab pot rentals for recreational fishers in season.
- The Crescent Harbor Gallery offers visitors the opportunity to view and purchase unique works of art from local artists, painters, sculptors and photographers.
